To formulate plans and related policies for special projects of sci-tech service industry; to formulate management methods for the assessment,registration, prize-awarding and secrecy-protection, and to organize their implementation; to be responsible for mangement and supervision of technology market and sci-tech intermediary agencies; to undertake management work of sci-tech service industry like sci-tech assessment, sci-tech consultation and technology transfer; to undertake organization of the registration of technology contract identification as well as sci-tech achievement exibition and technology exchange fair; to direct the work of provincial organizations of productivity.
